Brett Raskin recently represented me in both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new condo.  Besides being the most helpful and giving person, he also “knew” me immediately and found my new home in one try!  He knew what I was looking for and found the perfect home for me, and more importantly, in the area and price-range that I was looking for.  He knows how demanding my professional life is and never wasted one moment of my time.  He stepped in and represented me in meetings and appointments when he knew I just didn’t have the time to make it myself.  His entire office is incredibly friendly, professional and extremely helpful.  They explained things when I didn’t have a clue what I was signing and re-arranged everything so that it was convenient for me to move, in my very limited free time. Buying and selling a home is a difficult and stressful period of time for the owner and seller and Brett and his team made it a much more pleasant experience than it could have been.  IF and WHEN I ever sell this home and decide to move again, Brett will be my first call.
